Just wanted to ask, what are the best or favorite websites to get accurate readings for Protein/Carb/Fats of foods? The only one I'v been to is sparkspeople but was wondering if there are better ones out there, also some with the option to calculate food that's already been cooked would be fantastic as i tend to cook in bulk and weigh when I eat.
Also, does anyone know how many grams 1 cup of broccoli is? Everyone is giving me a different answer...
