im starting my second cycle , my first cycle was last summer i did 1 x sus 250 and 1 x 200ml deca for 6 weeks (was meant to be 10 but i got a shoulder inkjury). In the 6 weeks i made about 14 lbs gains in weight and my strength had decent increases.
So my second cycle is:
D/bol 30mg e/d weeks 1-2 the 40mg e/d weeks 3-4
sus 250 1 shot e/w weeks 1 -8
deca 1 shot e/w weeks 1-8
this might seem low but as i made decent gains first time around , im sticking to the same doses for longer and with the d/bol , im hoping to see some good gains.

height 5ft 7in
weight 96 kg
b/f - around 15 %
chest- 44 in
waist -36 in
bicep -16 1/2 in
forearms- 12 1/2 in
thigh -26 in
calf-17 in
neck 16 in
im eating well and fairly clean , lots of <a href="http://www.allsportsnutrition.com/listproducts.php?style=category&value=PROTEIN" target="_blank">protein</a> and complex carbs, a good multi vit, and extra vit c ,zinc and <a href="http://www.allsportsnutrition.com/listproducts.php?style=category&value=GLUTAMINE" target="_blank">glutamine</a> as well. Also keeping water intake high 3-4 pints a day.
im also keeping a training diary with the weights im using , i just include the highest finishing weight of each month , so i can get an idea of any gains or losses.
