    Dissapointing first cycle

    Im 24, 5’11. Ate about 4500-5000 cals a day, 250g + protein, mainly from meats… red meat/chicken etc.
    Sust250 - ~600mg a week. Didn’t run an ai which i am deffinately going to do next time.

    Starting Weight: 82kg – no abs but close to
    After Week1: 83.5kg –
    After Week2: 84.4kg
    Went overseas from mid week 3 to mid week 4, kept up the protein/calorie intake, no training.
    Mid Wk4: 87kg (strong)
    Wk 5: 88.5kg (stronger)
    Wk6: 90kg (strongest) – gained over 10kg on my bench
    Wk7: 92kg (backne not severe tho)
    Wk8: 93kg (I look pregnant!)
    Wk9: 94kg
    Wk10 & 11: 95.5kg – i look a bit chubby I know most of it was water weight from eating so much but I gained a fair bit of fat also.
    Final Pin was end of Week 12.
    Wk13: 94kg - weight going down but I was eating the same as earlier weeks.
    Wk14: 93kg – weight going down but fat levels seemed to be going up?
    Wk15: PCT – nolvas/clomi 6 weeks.
    Wk18: 92kg
    Wk20: 90kg – end PCT
    Went overseas for 6 weeks. Minimal training, tried to keep protein up and calories around maintanence.
    Wk27: 87kg when returned.

    Now im 83kg after a month of cutting. No abs but pretty close.

    I think the major factor in losing gains was going on a 6 week trip just after PCT.

    Other than a stricter diet, and running an ai, what advice do you guys have for my next cycle??
    Like: How can I minimize fat gain? I think maybe my cals were a little high. My friend on the same stuff ate less cals and a bit cleaner and he gained decent weight.
    How do I stop my stomach sticking out when im bulking on cycle? It happens when im on a natural bulk aswell just nowhere near as bad. I look pregnant.

    Fiber helps my stomach stay flat. I use a sup. for it.

    Rule no 1.
    Never ever ever do a cycle unless u have min... Of 6 month full dedication to dieting and training to the max.
    Rule no 2.
    Never cut naturally immediately after a bulking cycle.
    Rule no 3...... head to the diet forum it's all bout the diet.
    Nuff said

    If u "look pregnant", the 1st thing that comes MY mind is not bloat, it's fat, like the kinda fat that accumulates around ur gut when u eat 2 much sugar & dairy. Bloat is mor of a wide spread gain, across the entire body, from ur face 2 ur feet, not just ur gut.

    distended stomach often gets called bloat, thats how it would be described where im from mate.

    only time mine is flat is in the morn after the sleep time fast

    dude it's not fat I can get rid of it after 2 weeks on a calorie deficit. ok so guess there's not much I can do about the gut... any other advice? I'm about to start my next cycle.

    Should of cut before the cycle. Also should of trained and ate properly during and after PCT. AAS doesnt give you the excuse to eat whatever you want. I'm putting this failure down to poor diet, poor prep and lack of discipline post cycle.

    Cutting after pct does not sound like a good idea man any why start cycle when you will be traveling overseas, as far as traveling after pct, my last holiday I was in the gym everyday I loved it. Training in a new country and gym is awesome.
