Starting Weight: 82kg – no abs but close to

After Week2: 84.4kg
Went overseas from mid week 3 to mid week 4, kept up the protein/calorie intake, no training.
Mid Wk4: 87kg (strong)
Wk 5: 88.5kg (stronger)

Wk10 & 11: 95.5kg – i look a bit chubby I know most of it was water weight from eating so much but I gained a fair bit of fat also.
Final Pin was end of Week 12.
Wk13: 94kg - weight going down but I was eating the same as earlier weeks.
Wk14: 93kg – weight going down but fat levels seemed to be going up?
Wk15: PCT – nolvas/clomi 6 weeks.
Wk18: 92kg
Wk20: 90kg – end PCT
Went overseas for 6 weeks. Minimal training, tried to keep protein up and calories around maintanence.
Wk27: 87kg when returned.
Now im 83kg after a month of cutting. No abs but pretty close.
I think the major factor in losing gains was going on a 6 week trip just after PCT.
Other than a stricter diet, and running an ai, what advice do you guys have for my next cycle??
Like: How can I minimize fat gain? I think maybe my cals were a little high. My friend on the same stuff ate less cals and a bit cleaner and he gained decent weight.
How do I stop my stomach sticking out when im bulking on cycle? It happens when im on a natural bulk aswell just nowhere near as bad. I look pregnant.
