    Cycle results

    What kind of results do you guys get during a bulking cycle? I've heard that results from aas will diminish over time after cycle. Is that actual muscle loss or BF and water weight? What do you do to keep your cycle gains? Lastly how often do you cycle?

    They range and it all depends on what kind of compound(s) your using. No results should not diminish much after a cycle if all the pct directions are followed. Cycles range all the way from 6 - 12+weeks. I suggest you look in the educational threads and research as all your questions will be answered there. Very good info there IMO

    I've actually read many of the stickied threads but I was wondering personal results from experience. I can read everything about compounds and stacks and cycles but there is little posted about results from using. That to me seems very important to someone considering going on gear. Just looking to find info on real world results.

    U cant base ur potential results on the results of other users, ur not them, ur body is different, even if u follow the exact same dose, diet & training regime, u will still get different results then they did.

    Even if one is running a proper pct, results can still absolutely diminish if diet is not on. Diet is key.

    I'm asking in general. I want to know what results experienced people expect when they go on a bulking cycle. Do you expect to put on 20lbs and lose 2%bf? Do you expect to gain 40lbs and 3% bf but after cycle cut the 3% and lose water weight dropping your overall weight gain to 30lbs? Do you want to add 2" to your biceps? All I'm asking are what are the tangible expectations experienced members go for when doing a bulking cycle? When I decided to get into a healthy lifestyle I wanted abs. I didn't care if I weighed 250 at 3% or 200 at 10% as long as I had abs. Back when I played ball, gains were measured by lifts. What's your bench, squat, and clean maxes? I assume many of the people here use aas and that stuff isn't exactly cheap. So what do you expect to gain from the dollars spent? Do you juice to put up more plates in the gym? If so how big of lift gains do you expect? If you expect to add mass, how much and do you worry about body fat? Do you stack a cycle to add over all size buy cut body fat? If so, by how much? Do you realistically expect to put on 40lbs and lose 5%body fat, with very little water retention? Do you cycle only expecting to put on 10lbs and stay the same body fat?

    The bigger you are for your frame the less you will gain. If someone gains 40 lbs then they werent ready to cycle.

    I do it to look better in the mirror.
