Best dosage based on current results

Hi everyone, just got back my third set of test results all (each reading is an average of 2 tests each 8 weeks apart) and noticed a few things. See attached picture.

    1. My total test reaches a normal level (midrange) at 250mg/week
    2. On 250mg/w my free test peaks just above the normal range
    3. Free test actually drops when I am on low dose supplimentation
    4. Oestradiol gets high at 250mg/w but is still just within normal ranges
    5. FSH and LH levels are under half my normal at 250mg/w
    6. Urea and Creatinine are the only items in my entire test (full work 100 plus levels tested)
    7. My cortisol is halved when I am on the 250mg/w of test which is good as it averages 670 nmol/l without it (results not shown)

I have one more test before I see my doctor again and I was just after some advice, if any on which dosage seems to be working the best.

I have the exact same sides on 166ml/w as I do on 250mg/ml except on 166mg/w I feel quite flat and it is not even a slight improvement over not having and supplimentation at all.

based on how i feel not numbers i do better with 100mgs ew instead of 200, i will be doing blood work within two weeks to see the difference in numbers, but numbers are not the only thing we need to pay attention to! i bet if you lower your E2 to half the range based on 250 mgs test ew you will feel even better.

More tweaking? go for something in between? I am not an expert, but estrogen seems high on high does, so either ai, or reduce dose but the other seems too low, anyways don't take my advice cause I have only started researching trt.
