I believe T level increases usually come from your training not your diet. I don't ever remember seeing a certain food that would increase your levels. If I remember correctly dead, squats and other such compound lifts would help with what your looking for.

And even this ^^^ is highly debatable. If Squats and such do increase test levels, I believe it would be by a negligible margin. Point being don't focus on these small things, just eat right and train hard as I said earlier.

Truthfully I don't really believe that crap either I was just pointing out what I read lol. If your diet and training routine is in check you are good to go. Oh and sleep, cant forget sleep!

I think you are referring to heavy squats and other compound movements releasing more GH, not necessarily test as there is no correlation amongst the two. Like gbrice said, I take this w/ a grain of salt...diet properly and train HARD, but smart!

Why don't you list your stats and current diet for us, including macro's and your goals, and let's see if we can't help you achieve your goals!

Engaging in sexual activity increases your test levels by about 100 or so. Although this is only spiked for a few hours and won't make a difference to your training etc.

The best thing you can do naturally is make sure you always get enough sleep each night. If you rely on an alarm clock to wake up then you should get to sleep earlier the night before.
