Now I posted on here awhile back looking for diet advice, and have done a lot of reading. I have come up with a diet which is not perfect but is easy to stick to considering I am a tradesman and am always working in different locations.
This is my cutting diet but if you guys can offer any advice on how much and what of P/C/F to add to which meals cheers.
I am naturally an ecto and am very active in my job so can't drop off my carbs too much.
Age: 24

Weight:Started at 152 now at 150 pound
BF: started at 11% now at 9%
6-30am Breakfast
Blended shake
This is normally the same bulking or cutting
2 scoops of fine powdered oats P-7/C-30/F-4
250ml pasteurized egg whites = 9 egg whites P-24
1 egg P-6/ F-5
1 Banana
Handfull of frozen mixed berries 10-C mostly sugar
1 scoop WPC protein P-25/C-1/F-1

Any advice would be greatly appreciated guys. I have found this diet to work fairly well with no cardio involved at all.
I started at 11.2 % and am now at 9.2% and lost almost 9 pounds which I was suprised in. I know I am still rather skinny but need advice on what to add for a bulk when summer ends (in 3 months).
