    Cool Posting my new cutting diet

    Now I posted on here awhile back looking for diet advice, and have done a lot of reading. I have come up with a diet which is not perfect but is easy to stick to considering I am a tradesman and am always working in different locations.

    This is my cutting diet but if you guys can offer any advice on how much and what of P/C/F to add to which meals cheers.
    I am naturally an ecto and am very active in my job so can't drop off my carbs too much.

    Age: 24
    Sex: Male
    Height: 5,10
    Weight:Started at 152 now at 150 pound
    BF: started at 11% now at 9%

    6-30am Breakfast

    Blended shake

    This is normally the same bulking or cutting

    2 scoops of fine powdered oats P-7/C-30/F-4
    250ml pasteurized egg whites = 9 egg whites P-24
    1 egg P-6/ F-5
    1 Banana
    Handfull of frozen mixed berries 10-C mostly sugar
    1 scoop WPC protein P-25/C-1/F-1

    Protein 61
    Carbs 41
    Fat 10


    Green tea extract + Caffeine burner pills

    green tea extract 470mg
    sesamin extract 470mg
    Caffeine 80mg


    Smoko 9:15am

    1 cup of green tea
    2 cans of tuna P-14/C-4/F-2.4 x2 = P-28/C-8/F-5
    6 whole grain vitawheat biscuits P-3/C-21/F-3
    1 Banana
    1 muesli bar P-2/C-20/F-3

    Protein 31
    Carbs 49
    Fat 11


    Lunch 12pm

    Stirfry mix of
    300g of chicken breast P-60??
    Capcisum
    broccilli
    carrot
    chilli
    olive oil 15ml F-14
    1/2 cup of brown rice C-20
    piece of fruit

    Protein 60
    Carbs 20
    Fat 14



    Pre workout

    Blended shake

    2 scoops of fine powdered oats P-7/C-30/F-4
    250ml pasteurized egg whites = 9 egg whites P-24
    1 egg P-6/ F-5
    1 Banana
    Handfull of frozen mixed berries 10-C mostly sugar
    1 scoop WPC protein P-25/C-1/F-1

    Pre workout caffeine and taurine pills
    Taurine 1500mg
    Caffeine 150mg
    B5 10mg
    B6 5mg
    B12 5mg

    [B]Protein 61
    Carbs 41
    Fat 10

    [B]Post workout Shake [B]

    2 scoops WPC }
    1 Scoop Maltodextrin P-40/C-29/F-1

    Protein 40
    Carbs 29
    Fat 1


    Dinner

    This changes between about 3 or 4 different types of meals

    300g steak and veggies
    350g Chicken Breast and Salad
    Beef and Chicken stir fry with minimal carbs

    About P-40/C-10-20/F-10-20


    TOTAL:
    Protein 293g
    Carbs 195g
    Fat 61g

    Any advice would be greatly appreciated guys. I have found this diet to work fairly well with no cardio involved at all.
    I started at 11.2 % and am now at 9.2% and lost almost 9 pounds which I was suprised in. I know I am still rather skinny but need advice on what to add for a bulk when summer ends (in 3 months).

    Why in the world are you cutting?? I wouldn't wait 3 months to start adding mass. No reason you can't up calories to add lean mass while keeping body fat at bay. Just my .02 bro, do what you feel is best for yourself of course.

    lol cutting while at 9% oh man how me and gb wish we were the ppl that could hold 9% no problem and think we need to cut lol
