Do you look leaner POST cycle?

    Hey guys,

I have recently taken progress pictures on my current bulk 9 weeks into this 500 mg test e cycle, and I am at the same weight as I was in previous progress pictures (I cut after those were taken losing a ton of fat).

Comparing the two pictures, I can see that I look quite a bit bigger in the current "after" picture, but I don't really look leaner at all. I do think that I may be carrying some bloat though, so could it be that I'm just holding a lot of water which doesn't make me look as dry/lean? I've been taking Adex at .25 mg EOD which is suppose to limit bloating, but maybe that's just a low dose for me. I'm sure you hold a good bit of water either way though.

So far in almost 9 weeks, I have gained around 38 lbs. I have another three weeks left, and I would like to keep gaining because it's tougher to gain muscle than to lose fat, but if I won't look substantially leaner once I get "off," then it will really suck to have to look like this for the next few months until I can start cutting. My waist went from ~30.5 to ~33.5-34 which I'm hoping is where I'm just holding a good bit of water? So basically, my question is in your guys' experience, do you feel like you lose a ton of water and look leaner after you get off cycle?

    Cliffs:
Look bigger at same weight in progress pictures but not leaner - is this because of water/bloat?
Gained 38 lbs in 9 weeks
Do you guys feel like you look leaner after your cycle when water weight subsides and perhaps lose some bloat?

    Thanks for the help!

Leaner, but less muscular too (obviously).
And of course you got leaner after gaining 38lbs in a cycle.
You must have been bloated as hell.

Nah, only 9 weeks in. Haven't finished it yet, so I really have no idea how much leaner I'll look. That's why I'd be interested to see how much leaner/less bloated/better you guys looked post cycle. I'm glad to see you looked leaner, although it sucks you looked less muscular.

38lbs in 9 weeks!?!?!?! Thats a huge increase. If you're holding water then obviously you will look leaner once you come off cycle. These types of questions are reasons why I push a cut before a cycle. I don't know why anyone would want to be above 15% after a cycle.

Yep. Thinking about reducing my caloric intake back some since being my first one, I was just told by multiple people to eat everything in sight. I've hit my macros perfectly every single day, but I've just been around ~1500 over maintenance. Eating isn't really hard.

I did cut before this as well and got down to a very lean state, lol - I actually looked bloated and a lot fatter after the first couple of weeks, which almost leads me to believe that the water bloat is making me look like this. I know it's a completely stupid question given the circumstances, but I guess I moreso wanted to give myself the reassurance that I wouldn't continue looking this "messy" after I'm off. I'm not a complete fat lard or anything, but even my top abs can get pretty blurry and not extremely pleased. I realize that cycles are expensive, so I'll probably keep bulking since it's easier to cut fat naturally.

What's your cycle? I'm assuming adrol or dbol is playing a huge factor in here. And 38lbs is probably half water, you'll lean up after cycle and lose the bloat but you'll look smaller and feel weaker. It's the game, I hate the PCT drop so I've been doing shorter cycles with leaner compounds to keep the yoyo effect to a minimum

No DBol. Just 500 mg test e and that's it! Like I said, I've also been using Adex EOD dosed at .25 mg as well. With that said, how much water do you think I'll lose with those gains? I was thinking 8-12 lbs. To be honest, I wouldn't really mind a small drop off in size if I could get rid of the bloat. In the mirror, I don't really notice it that much, but when I take pictures it makes me look awful (face bloat).
