He's my favorite trainer on youtube honestly. If you haven't seen his vids check em out they are great. And i'd bet my left nut he's on the sauce.

That being said whatever flaots your boat - he seems like a no nonsesne - no BS - stick to the basics kind of guy. I cant see you going wrong with most of what ive seen him passing along.
