    Beginner help

    Looking to get a bit more understanding before i begin my cycle, Ive got Dbol (50) 25mg capsuals and Nolvadex (50) 25mg capsuals I've been weight training now for awhile and ive hit my road block i cant seem to build anymore muscle no matter how hard i work at it, Looking to go out side the box sort of speak, Just to clearify i am new to this so forgive me if im not up to speed like most.

    Im looking to find out about when to start taking the Dbol and Nolva, What doses and for how long, I was going to go in to see a doctor to get a better understanding but i figured id hit up this forum first see what some of yall say and suggest for a begninner, Last thing i want is gyno or aggrovated baldness ive done reading up on the side effects and i understand them well, im also thinking of just doing this one cycle and after that im hoping to break this wall down thats holding me back from gaining any more size in muscle.

    Height: 5' 6"
    Weight: 165lb
    BF%: Not yet sure.
    Cycle history: Never only done suppements
    Years training: since high school so i would say over 8 years, But most recently ive been involved in an accident so i have not been to the gym for the past 2 years so ive lost a lot of my build, Still have my strenght most of it at least, My legs are still in very good shape but my upper not so much as ive only been able to work out my lower hafe of my body. Im finally 110% better now and raring to go full throttle in the gym once again.

    You sound like you haven't done much looking into this. Do a lot more reading, build a good muscular foundation again, eat correctly and then come back when you know what you want/need and have a good foundation to build upon. Good luck bro
