Is it a waste of time only taking my blueys on training days. I train 4 days a week M,T,W,T then 3 days rest. And also wouldn't mind critique on training regieme. Is 3 days break good or bad?

Dbol is not meant to be used as a prework out stimulant. It's aas and should be used accordingly. Keep dosing consistent regardless of training schedule.
That's really heavy for a first cycle. Most guys recomend test only for the first cycle
I also disagree with training 4 days then resting 3 days immediately after. You would be better served using rest days in between work out days. However, this is based on my opinion and experience.
Damn Xel you know your shit. Im glad were friendsYour my go to guy haha

On first cycle champ? And I'm not crying I'm being considerate to my body and not taking chances. And could you please explain what a back pump is and how it's caused?
I've heard many different stories of what the back pumps actually were. You're going to have to do quite a bit of googling to get the answer of what they are and what causes them specifically. I just know from experience it's like getting hit with a bat in the lower back. Anyways, what does seem to help people is taurine, potassium and calcium.
