I have laid off of lifting for the past month for personal reasons and I felt like I had some tendonitis in my left brachialis. I just recently did a small back/bi's workout. 3 exercises per body part. Lat pulldowns, barbell curls, cable rows, hammer curls, db rows and cable rope curls.
For 2 days now my brachialis and radiobrachialis are tight and sore! These exercises were low weight and i only did 3 sets of each : 15, 12 and 10 reps.
First question: does it sound like my lifting techniques could be wrong
AND
Second: why the aren't my biceps sore!?
