Here is a before picture of me about 3 yrs ago. One my honeymoon, why she married melooking like this i have no idea. I had already gone from 220ish to about 200 at this point with exercise (p90X, yeah I didi it, lol) and eating right....
200 lbs of chewed bubble gum, dropped on a barbershop floor...i'll give everyone one funny comment, no more....
needless to say at this point i wa sembarassed so I hit the gym hard and started studying up on what to do, form and eating etc...
about a year in i was down to 195ish and getting stronger, max bench before 135, now about 185 maybe 205....but my body loked the same, no real pics at this point...
Then i did my first cycle, enth 50mg 1/wk and eq e2d 50mg, or basically about .5cc. nolva to come of just six weeks...
I was nervous and not real educated on any of this, still learning all you abreviations and terminology...sorry...but i am careful about what I do and I do use a doctor for bloodwork and they are aware of what i do....
anyways, I did this 2 times 3 months in between....
Next i did a enth, d-bol, winny cycle nolva during and pct. no problems, little acne but cleared up soon as i was done....
about 6 months later i did a prop load, enth 200mgs/wk, sust 250mgs eod, tren 50 mgs eod, rotating, drop tren over to winny 50mg a day.... did this for 12 weeks and HOLY S.......
to be honest the strength and size gains were overwhelming, i drew a great deal of attention and went down to about 170lbs and finshed back at 189... it was nuts , exciting and scary at the same time...
this is most recent pic about 5 months ago....189lbs, max bench about 285, bench around 350 regular little more on a smith machine, its a confidence and safety thing, i had a hernia in my belly button so I get nervous sometimes....
now my question, my belly is fixed, i have stayed fairly lean, bf%about 10-12%, work out 5 days a week in the am. I think I am ready to get back on, looking for cycle ideas, WOULD YOU CALL ME INTERMEDIATE OR BEGINNER STILL? What should I avoid trying to do to much....
planing to get going again, want to stay lean but really want to hit that 300lbs bench and 400 squat....
