.25mg or .5mg arimidex everyday ???????

got minor gyno 2 weeks after my last cycle, didnt use an AI on cycle and was fine. now for next cycle i will be using arimidex but am wondering at what dose to start with to try and make sure i dont get it again or make my lumps larger, origionally was thinking .5mg everday but now im thinking .25mg everyday and see how it goes. like i said i didnt get gyno on cycle so i am hoping i wont get it again on cycle as long as i use an AI this time. i will start the arimidex 3 days prior cycle. so basically .25 or .5 ??? what you think.

Have you considered running letrozole to get rid of the gyno development you have before cycle> ?

to be honest i dont think it would be worth it, barelly anything there can just about feel it under 1 nip if i lift my arm up and have a good feel. also i hear letro is very harsh, i would probally use it if i started getting gyno problems that arimidex wouldnt deal with.

start with .25 and go up if you need

sweet will start at .25 then. is that normally enought to combat estro sides yeaa ??
