    Cardio

    Guys, there are days when I do my fasted cardio, have my pre workout meal and go straight to gym. it is like, 6am - 6.45am cardio. Meal at 7am. weight training at 8am. guys my question is, am i working my body too much by completing my days workout close to each other with only 1-1.5hrs of rest inbetween? does it matter?

    First, goal?

    You'd be better off doing weights then cardio straight after if you can't get your weight sesion done in the PM IMO.

    What you're doing is fine. you can't get a weight session done in the afternoon/night?
