It depends on your age, goals, body fat, cycling or not etc....

not cycling all natural at the moment, 18 years old, roughly 11% BF, weighing around 67 kg, dont know how to describe the build, i want to get kinda big but nothing too big, just something where you can see a steady 6 pack and a good muscular body something like my avatar

Since you wanted to mantain a lean look, i would reccomend Optimum nutrition 100% gold standrad whey.. And animal pack.. And you can buy some dextrose for post workout nutrition...

haha im 18 too man and honestly i think u prolly have a great start! how tall r u??? i think if u really wanna get that cut look dont rely too much on that mass gainer, but instead fix ur diet with alot of lean meats like beef, chicken, turkey, and im sure ull gain ashit ton of weight off that! if you can keep ur bf% that low and gain like 10ish more pounds id say ud have a very sexy build hahaha.
