Honestly, I doubt anybody is going to write a diet for you. A better approach is for you to post up your own (proposed) diet, and we can help you sort it out. The more info, the better. i.e. time of day for each meal, complete and accurate macros, etc.
Okay I wake up around 9am and go to bed about !am
10am Meal one:
2 bags of organic instant oatmeal
Big glass of OJ
Whole wheat bagel
or
4 eggs
Big glass of OJ
3 slices of ham
whole wheat bagel
11am Workout and 21mg pure protein bar right after
2pm Meal two:
50mg whey
As much chicken as I can eat
1 bag of brown rice
or
50mg whey
As much stake as I can eat
1 bag of brown rice
6pm Meal three:
2 cans of tuna
4 slices of whole wheat flax bread
mayo and lettace
11am
Cottage cheese
ham or turkey
2 slices of whole wheat
lettace
I'm sorry I dont know the exact amounts, and I know I need some work on the diet, I'm a newbie with diet and this is the first time I'm trying to eat right. And I dont know the other stuff you asked, but I'm 29, 5'9, 185lbs, 12 BF
