started cycle a week ago, i feel as if the d-bol has suppressed my appetite, didnt have the best first week diet wise as i got slightly ill on the tuesday but now im better.
today diet
1: 3 whole eggs, 5 egg whites,cup oats, large banana, TS peanut butter, half pint skimmed milk
2: 50g whey protein & banana (post workout)
3: 3 pork loin fillets, 1 cup brown rice,2 chopped tomatos & spoon olive oil
4: 2 chicken breasts, 5-6 boiled new potatoes
5: tin of tuna & banana
6: 300g cottage cheese & red apple
i eat every 2-3 hours depending on my day, diet looks on the right track yeaa, i eat a diet like this 7 days a week too, i sometimes slack a little on sundays but i think most do too.
