those that know me on here, know i was a bit over weight/fat my journey started aug/2010 when i decided to cut naturaly.i a lways had been training and working out but in my late 30s my metabolism had depleted and so there went my wrestlers build. oct 2010 at 38 yrs old ran a low dose of test/eq and really started focusing completely on howning in on my body.been training hard 1 body part a day ,6 days a week.diet has been on point for 16 months solid.Now im 5'9 195. 8%bf and dropping and entering the world of body building which is a dream come true at 39 yrs old for me.And i have to thank the staff and friends on this forum that have advised/encouraged along the way.THANKS
