    First time injectables

    Wondering if any one out thereknowa what is a good first injectable to go with for bulking up.... I'm just finishing 4th week of 30mg a day of Dbol and want to knowwhat would be a good bulking up injectable.. I've done 3 cycles of pills before butnever done injectables before and know that the weight gains are better than pills. I was thinking of taking test cypo but still am not sure can any one help my with my muscle quest

    You are to young to use steroids. At the rate you are going you might end up on hrt early in life.

    Well said listen bro, I used steroids at 21 and now I'm on hrt for the rest of my life!!

    Im in my 30's and my first real cycle was still quite a ride, so glad I waited honestly. You have so much natural body chemistry working in your favor train hard and EAT EAT EAT like no tommarow. You will see the gains man trust me. I see lots of younge
    guys in the gym everyday seeing no results staying skinny. I ask each and every one of them what their diet is. Every single person with the exception of those training for specific sports say they eat lots of chicken and rice and dont see the gains they want.

    It starts and ends in the kitchen my man. Eat like no tommarow, throw in steak, eggs, avacados, sweet potatoes, chow it down. You have to eat so much somtimes to spark growth its crazy. I was stuck hard at 175 pounds about a year and a half ago.

    I doubled all of my protein portions. I grew. Once I got up to a good weight and lowered my BF% and had a solid core of strength and stability with my workouts, and hit 30 years old did I then try Test.

    And thats after proper blood screening through a doctor

    If I could go back Ill tell you honestly what I would
    have done different.
    I would have ate twice as much. ( still paying attention to my health of course ) And those are solid gains you will keep.

    What I found with those guys who can't get any results, they'll say they eat chicken and rice. But they couldn't tell you what size their portions were per meal, exactly how many calories they were getting per item nor how much protein.

    But they'd all say something like 3000-3500 calories per day. But how the fvck would they know how much they're eating? People BS themselves in to believing their diet is perfect, it's just their genetics or they're suffering from low test. But if they would itemize and quantify their entire diet, they'd find out their problems are just low-cal.

    Okay okay what about holding off on injectables for awhile ... How bout M1-T s ? My good buddy has done two cycles before And says there awesome

    Why if I use a low dose and short cycle then it doesn't hurt nothing

    At your age, if you feel the need to take something, try this...

    Protein Powder
    BCAA's
    Creatine
    Glutamine
    Arginine
    Multiple Vitamin
    Fish Oil

    I know hearing advice from the experienced members here, telling you 21 is too young for AAS is a bitch. They are not telling you this because they are wanting you to be hating on them. They are doing this because your body is still developing, and i'm referring to your hormonal system. It will continue to develop well into your mid 20's. Taking steroids now will shut you down at a time your body needs to produce it's own natural test to finish developing.

    alot of youngsters come to this board thinking that we are pro steroids under any circumstances. This is not true. We are pro steroids and their intelligent use. Because we feel strongly that youngsters should NOT begin AAS until their mid 20's, this is why you will have difficulty getting advice on this subject matter from us. No one wants to be responsible for giving bad advice. Make sense?

    Until then, try to focus on diet and exercise as others have suggested.

    I already take all those supplements
    And per workout and post - bedtime recovery
    I'm not hating I'm just asking ppl cuz I do wanna take m1-ts but Myb not for a awhile now since everyone says I should wait

    A good idea to help, after checking your diet and training with some of the very knowledge people on here start a thread in the members experience. This way we will be able to support, encourage, watch you gain, and reach your goals. By going about this the right way you will gain respect and support from this board along with a ton of knowledge. When you are ready we will all be here to help. This is your one and only life so please don't intentionally create regret.

    This is not helpful. He is here for knowledge and advice. If you have some please share it. There was no crying from his part.     Sadly there are no safe steroids or steroid precursers, promormones etc. out there. If you take Test or use another AAS by an amount sufficient to cause gains you will decrease your own native production of test and this is where the problems start, just no way around it.

    Bro it sounds like you need to do some serious research bro. Do some reading on the steroid.com site. It is pretty interesting to learn the pros and cons and everything about what we do. Read what the guys on here have to say too they are very knowledgable. Train hard and eat a ton.
