How long have you been on this diet and what have you personally noticed so far in the bf and lbm changes?

I've been eating these foods at these times for over a year and a half. Only thing I've changed is the serving sizes to adjust macros. I've used it to lean up and bulk up so it's hard to answer your question. I've just upped the amounts at the start of the week to get me over 4k calories so I guess I've been on the above diet for only a few days.

So what cals were you running on the rest of the cycle? How many cals are you adding and how long are you planning on running the clean bulk and what are your expectations?

Well I started off priming so when I started my cycle I started at around 2800cals and have worked my way up to 4000 (above) and put on 8kgs in 8 weeks. I plan to run it until week 12 and I hope for a couple more kgs at least. Even if I have to go up to 4500cals.

as long as you are willing to try it why not just up it 100 cals a week forever??? If Michael Phelps consumes over 10,000 cals a day it has to be possible. So two years from now you'd be at 14,400 cals per day, I bet you'd be a massive individual and strong as heck!

On a serious note(which the above wasn't) How have you found your body responding, has your bodyfat remained the same while adding the weight?

Lol yea bodyfat has stayed the same and muscle mass has increased dramatically. Check out the progress log above and have a look at the pics. If anything I'd say my bodyfat has lowered since the beginning of the cycle.
