Is test 250 bad for your heart?

Want to find out all I can about test 250

so you're asking whether a supra-physical dose (500-600 mg/wk) is bad for the heart? (because the type of test, test 200, 250, 400 doesn't matter)

    Short answer: yes-ish.

Long answer: In the short run you'll have higher BP than normal (I believe it's an estro side) and it will negatively affect your lipid profile by reducing HDL and increasing LDL.
In the long run once you pct out and stop use for a few months everything should return to normal assuming you don't normally have heart problems and a bad lipid profile.

In the very long run it gets more unclear. Studies show left ventricular hypertrophy happens after prolonged and continuous use of testosterone at supra-physical doses. That's basically the thickening of the wall of the left ventricle of the heart. This in normal people causes problems with pumping blood and increases the risk of CHD (coronary Heart disease). Now note this also happens with marathon runners and athletes with no negative effects in the long run. With steroid users it's been difficult to connect heart disease with use because studies have no controlled for diet, lifestyle (drug use) and genetics. But it's probably true that long term heavy use probably isn't good for your heart.

Finally one study testing the reversibility found that left ventricular hypertrophy was only partially reversible. Basically users who had stopped had been lumped in one group (1-10+ years stopped). I disliked that because IMO it's important to see whether 10 years vs 1 years had a different which im sure it did.

Bottom line: Blasting and cruising probably isn't good for the heart. Assuming you do nothing else bad for your heart then this one risk factor probably won't lead to CHD but it could.
If you have existing problems I would not advise using testosterone.
If you are genetically predisposed know this is an added risk factor.

AAS can raise ur BP which in turn raises the risk of heart attack, so technically, I guess u could say Test. "COULD B" bad 4 ur heart if u don't take the proper precautions. I'm not saying if u don't take BP meds, you'll die of a heart attack while on cycle, I'm just saying b aware of the raised BP. And I assume ur talkin bout Sustanon 250? Or r u just talkin bout 250 mg of ANY Test. in general. I really doesn't mak a difference, I'm just curious wut ur referring 2.

You should at least check your blood pressure while taking it.
Some peoples increases more than others
and it depends on what bp level you started at. You don't want to get it up too high

Well what about TRT then, testosterone dosage are taken between 100mg and 200mg per week, and people don't get side effects? they are controlled and get regular blood work done, and since its a therapy the dosage are low.
