Personally I like dropping ten mg's about 3 hours before I hit the gym, then ten more mg's about two hours prior to workout, then about 20 mg's one hour before I hit the gym. Some like a slow steady all day deal, but I like being full throttle when I lift.

I would split it up AM/NOON/PM and 1hr before training.
Everyone will answer this different its all wat you like.
Personal preference, most say they don't notice a difference, although in theory it is best to keep steady blood levels which with such a short half life will be best to do multiple times throughout the day.
I always do first thing in the morning with breakfast and before I go to bed, Unless it's injectable then just once a day.
I split 40mg evenly throughout the day but on lifting days which is every second day I'll take 10-20mg about an hour before lifting with cranberry juice along with any preworkouts 15-30 before lifting
