Thread: Gear with 25%Bf

    Hello .

    Im not a noob . I did my research and did a test prop cycle about a year ago . I stopped working out and now , hello beet gut .

    I heard gear shouldnt be taken if u have 25% BF . Im considering test and a winny cycle

    Is there any high risks I can face ?
    Of course a AI and a pct will be taken

    whats stopped wo?

    what are your stats? age?

    what do you mean an ai and pct will be considered? do you know the repercussions if not used?

    Diet and cardio bra,, drop that BF% to at least 15% to lower side effects.. Wats ur age and stats???

    lold . I typed that with my phone plus english isnt my first language

    Stats:5'6 92kg . 22YO

    I did a cycle a year ago . Yes I know all about pct ...

    idk anybody that wod take gear with super high bf. from wat I've herd, u have to b low, arnd 10-12% to notice results. esp with the win. the test, that'll proli help but idk. I'm looking for knowledge as well. but personally, I've saw tremendous results with diet and cardio and otc pill. (roxy lean) but just like gear, diet and cardio have to b in check.

    Yeah but I cant gain muscle while cuttin natty. I upped my protien , changed routine and nothing is gained . Cuz of this im considering a cycle .

    Thanx brah . Im not looking to lose BF . I want to gain muscle while losing BF . I want to use gear to gain muscle while cuttin which is unachievable for me currently

    The bf is not the issue so much as you have not been working out. Get back into it for a good 6 months before you even think about running a cycle.

    i am sorry did not realize english was a second language. Diet, Diet, Diet!!! Plus you are too young to be using. Hopefully you did no damage to your endocrine system from the first cycle of prop. Adjust your lifestyle and get focused by shedding the fat and putting on lean muscle naturally before turning to aas. There is no quick fix, just hard work.

    No problem . Thanx alot for the reply brah. No I didnt see any big side effects only a litle bit of acne on the shoulders . I understand wat u saying . I have been doing cuts since.i was 17 . Problem is that I dnt want to waste more time cuttin . I always feel that im wasting time when cuttin , muscle is more preciuose to me

    fizzall there is muscle under that bf!!! Also you will feel better, look better, and put on muscle with a clean diet. Can't do shortcuts man.

    considering that the bb lifestyle is my passion i cant understand how anyone could at one time be so into training that they would run a cycle and then quit training altogether...i understand that you feel like crap sometimes durring pct and the weeks thereafter but thats when its such a crucial time to keep at it with diet and training so as to keep as many gains as possible untill you bounce back...just saying...

    Theres too written into BF and using steroids,i have gotten worse gyno with low body fat that i have at 20+ % bf. I make bigger gains while i gain weight than i do loosing weight. People have different goals on how they want to look,If want to make big gains and are worried about estro and gyno then use an AI to control estrogen...I see a lot more 20% bf BB in the gym than i do less than 10% bb,its all what you want to look like,not what people think you should look like.

    IMO, hit the gym for 4 months, get your diet under control. Find out your daily caloric needs (not the same as BMR). Run a deficit for 6 months, cardio 3x a week for 30 minutes. If you stick with it, run a cycle. It is NOT true that gear doesn't work if you are over 25% bf- its just that you can't see the gains under all that fat. Although, truthfully, I've been over 25% bf and gained size and looked big. Its not that it won't work, its that you won't get your money's worth. Just my opinion.

    your gains while at 20%bf probably had to due with you eating more calories...most who diet know how hard it can be to reach 4000 calories while eating clean....

    It is everything to do with eating more calories. I have been at 3% BF in contest shape and eating 3500 cal a day,that was just to maintain what i had gained on my bulking cycles.You cant expect to see optimal gains eating a maintiance diet..You need to eat a little more in excess of maintiance calories.. Unless you can eat a large amount of calories and maintain a low body fat you will inhibit your gains. I always lose weight/BF before i start a cycle so i can eat and gain weight/muscle during the cycle. It all depends on your metabolism.

    no matter anything else. If you are just working out you shouldnt be taking steroids yet. Get back into shape and a routine first
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    It makes alot of sense to cut pre cycle ......for several reasons.
    Potential sides are just one aspect that may make it prudent....
    Also BP would be my first concern cycling at higher bf ...then other things like aromatization/estrogen should be considered.

    Its not a waste of time. It will help you with creating positive habits once you DO cycle. Winny will NOT help you cut. It will harden your muscles and define them. It will not be seen though because of the High BF percentage. Your problem lies with Diet and Cardio. Please check out the Diet section of this site. ASS will not help you cut. But your asking the right questions so your well on your way to progress. People on the board will not recommend any one under the age of 25 to use ASS nor give any advice other than to get off, do a pct and work on diet and steady exercise program. So keep that inmind. Good questions that many can learn from while checking this site. good luck bro.

    gear won't make a big difference if the diet is crap, i have been put on TRT by my incompetent medical doctor been given 200mg per week no AI, he also told me that while on test E i could eat anything and it would transform in muscles.

    After week 7 i started at 217 pounds i got up has high has 248 pounds. I did not diet at all. Using gear without diet and knowlege can lead to drastic changed like mine which are not a good thing.

    Well if you belived that shit it's your fault. Just cause someone tells you something doesn't make it true. Some people lie and in you case sounds like your doc is stupid.
