I've been on a diet now for 10 weeks, I started at 16.3 stone and I've got myself down to 14.6 stone. I seem to have halted
now for a week before Xmas and I thought I'd get some feedback from you all.
My goal is to get to 14 stone, then assess my fat, at that point I may decide to go to 13.7, before I have a dip of the ol
Rocket Fuel.
Before this cut it took me about 12 weeks to go from 15 to 16.3, I was eating 350g Pro and 500g Carb. Mostly consisted of
the below clean foods, with Honey and Peanuts as an extra. I over did it with carbs, but it's a learning process.
My Cur Diet
6 Meals
4-5 Litres of Water
Oats 40g x3 = 13g P 72g C 9g F 426 Kcal
Chicken 150g x2 = 50g P 6g C 2g F 540 Kcal
Tuna 140g = 40g P 13.5g F 285 Kcal
Eggs 6w 1y = 42g P 12g F 175 Kcal
Protein D x2 = 80g P
Sauces = 100 Kcal
Total = 225g P 78g C 36.5g F 1526 Kcal

Cardio
Early Morning Fasted Cardio 55 mins,
5 mins Eliptical at 150-160bmp 30 sec rest then repeat for 30 mins total.
5 mins Tredmill at 6mph, 1 min rest then repeat for 25 mins.
I train about 4-5 hrs later, and do a further 30 mins cardio on the tredmill as above.
