Heavy weights build muscle. If your not puttin enough strain on the muscle group ur trainin 2 stimulate the muscle fibres then u wnt get much growth. Fall into the 8-12 rep range usin a weight that u can keep good form with, good squeeze on the positive n control the negetive n ur on the right track in my opinion n thru my own experience. But dnt 4get that bein a bodybuilder starts in the kitchen, if ur not eatin enough high quality calories n gettin enuf rest to recover it dnt matter if u train like dorian, u wnt grow.
