    parabolan and test cycle dilemma.

Hi guys! I started another cycle a short time back beginning with prop and enanthate for 5 weeks. Then began a second 10ml bottle of enanthate 250 with parabolan 150 pinning twice weekly. I'm into my week 8 now and not impressed with gains. I've lost weight and size, definition has improved but I've lost that beefy look!! My trainer who has a lot of experience in comps and training said I look better now but I'm not so sure. My diet is spot on, getting 3500-4000 cals, 350 gms protein,250gms carbs, 160 gms fat daily. Am I looking in the mirror too much and expecting the hulk look too soon?? This is my second cycle. Was going to do a bottle of sus 350 and primo to end the cycle I might add. What gains should I be realistically expecting from the entire cycle. Please advise.

If u have a trainer than i suggest you follow what he says. But IMO 160 g of fats daily is to much.

I'm 34, 6ft, was 93 kilos, weighing in at 91 now in the shorts. Training 2 years seriously. Diet is spot on and that's going by the trainers recommendation. Train 5 days a week now

who know if your diet know anything about diets.
Also 3500-4000 calories. 500 can be a big range and make a big difference
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong
