I don't buy into any legal fat burner. I've probably tried half a dozen (with a cleanish diet) and none of them have ever done me any good.

Just start running or biking. It's better for you anyways

It's a toxic chemical used in pesticides, but some crazy's will still use it to lose extreme amounts of bodyfat quickly. I said it as more of a joke than anything...put it out of your mind. It's a horrible idea!

I don't know much of anything about OTC stuff. If you're bodyfat is already pretty low you can get decent results from an eca stack or a clen/t3 stack. However, most people (myself included) would only recommend that if you were at a lower BF% (15%) already as it's primary use would be to get that last little bit of stubborn BF off. As mentioned above NOTHING is going to beat diet and cardio. And if you're diet isn't precise along with a good cardio plan you'd be wasting your time and money on any suppliment. I'm currently at around 14% BF and I'm not even planning on using the above mentioned stacks until I get to 11-12% because I doubt it would benefit me enough to make it worth the risk.

    Make Sense?

Cardio. CLA, ECA stack are viable options that will assist. but as is was posted earlier, there is no thing like a magic pill

The best for me is diet. A keto diet to be specific. It melts stubborn fat away.

I used Oxy elite and alpha t2 as a stack didn't really notice any major loss but I was low calories while doing it. When I was done I was was dropping the same with out it. I was eating 1500 calories a day and working out 3 days a week.

Allmax Rapid Cuts seems to be getting the fat off me, but its a PITA with affected sleep i find. I have been mainly doing cardio/legs as i have a busted hand and rib at the moment, and im taking a couple of pills at about 7/8pm, and doing 30-40km on the bike, and leg machines to finish. Dropped 2.1 kg in the last 3 days actually. Makes me sweat like a demon.

i used to know a chemical engineer at a ymca hmmmmmmmmmmm

anyways this had me laughing because all too often people just want the pill...

ECA stack is probably the most tried and true...

i personally like albuterol because I have no problem maintaing a healthy diet when I got my training and finances in check --> so I can just take a bit of albuterol right before I exercise and hit it super hard...and then I am okay later vs clen or ECA where I feel ...awkward to say the least.

i dont like any of the newer fat burners on the market..if it says new and improved i dont want it ...
