Hey guys, my name is Nikul. This is my first time posting anything on any forum... Im 19, 72kg, 180cm. I'm looking at doing my first cycle as i have been working out for close to a year with perfect diet plan (occasional junk meal) training plans and rest/sleep and still have not seen the progress of what i had imagned almost as though the progress has come to a complete halt.
I am looking at running a Test E, Dbol, Nolvadex cycle which will go something like this...
weeks 1 - 4 Dbol (25mg per day)
weeks 1 - 15 Test E (250mg per week)
PCT Weeks 16 - 21 Nolva (40, 40, 20, 20, 10mg)
What do you guys think of this? and will i be able to keep most of my gains by continuing my diet/training/rest post cycle?
please don't hesitate to flame me, say whatever you like because im here to learn but don't tell me i shouldn't be doing it because i really feel i need to.
