SO THIS IS GOING TO BE MY FIRST CYCLE. AFTER READING A LOT OF THESE POST I HAVE REALIZED THAT I AM NOT YET READY TO START. I PLAN ON WORKING HARD AND IMPROVING MY DIET FOR THE NEXT 4 MONTHS. AFTER I PLAN ON BEGINNING W/ THE CYCLE( I KNOW I SHOULD TRAIN FOR MORE THAN 15MONTHS MORE LIKE 3-4YRS. BUT I ALREADY HAVE SOME GEAR AND I KNOW IM NOT GOING TO HOLD ON TO IT FOR THAT LONG) I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE IT IF YOU GUYS COME HELP ME OR CRITIC ON WHAT I PLAN ON DOING WHEN I DO START MY CYCLE. WHAT I AM PLANNING ON GETTING
AI - letrozole .25mg ED during cyle
HCG- pregnyl
125-250 ius 2-3 times/week during cycle
PCT-18 days after last Test Injection
30pills- Novaldex 20mg (20mg/day for 4weeks)
Clomid (25-50mg/day for 4 weeks)
DOSE:
TEST 250mg/ WEEK ; Weeks 1-10
WINSTROL 50mg/DAY ; Weeks 4-10
Do I need these?????? I have read that it is good to take stuff like this bc it helps your liver from shutting down.

***Is this too much for a first cycle, I have also read you don’t want to take too much stuff your first cycle in case of side effects. I wont know what caused it due to the amount of different shit Im taking. Is this true??? What do you guys think???***

Workout History
Been workin out for about 1yr. Have lost 50lbs during this time. This past month I have been slacking bc of the holidays. But im getting it back in now.
Im not sure if im getting the best out of my workout. Like I said I just want to get lean muscle and cut. If anyone could help me with a workout w/ rest plan to cut I would appreciate it. I do a lot of cardio and plan on keeping my cardio regiment, I just need something that will cut me up.
Diet/ Nutrion
Is not the best…..
But I only drink water(a lot of water) and orange juice. And that’s all I drink. (except for when I go out on the weekends; vodka & cranberry) I only drink alcohol on the weekends. Once I get on the gear should I completely stop drinking???
I only eat 3 meals a day and they are rationed. I don’t snack. for the reason that I don’t want to bulk up I just want to get lean.
My daily calorie intake is prob. About 2500. I don’t know what protein, fat, sodium ect. Intake is. I know to a lot of you guys 2500 is prob. But I cant stress this enough im just trying to cut up, get lean and get my BF% to 10 or lower if possible.
I plan on using these next 4 months to get into a good diet/eating plan. I know I will more than likely have to up my calorie intake bc of the amount of calories I will be burning.
If there is any more info you guys need to be able to help me out just let me know. Any help will be appreciated.
