Hi guys,
At the moment the only supplements I take are; BSN No-Xplode pre workout
Optimum Whey Protein after workout and Optimum Casein Protein before bed, as well as some normal grocery store multivitamins.
I have never cycled and don't really plan to, I would just like some advice regarding what I'm currently taking. Am I missing anything? I like No-Xplode, I think I definitely workout better after taking it, and of course protein's super important, but is there anything else I should be taking?
My goal is to become as big as I possibly can, naturally.
