Take glucosamine chondroitin. The way you spelled cartilage with a capital t really through me off for a minute.
Tty hyaluronic acid.
Thanks for answers.
Capital T? Too fast and to furious...
Have tried both proposals, little better after glucosamine and choindrotine, but that's not it. Maybe i am expecting to much...
Heard that HGH helps...
HGH should help.
Thanks.
Another step/ problem is get one, that is not fake. In m country is this little hard... Only on black market...
Does anybody has a sugestion? I live in Slovenia, Europe...
Welcome to the board mate!
I've had knee pains for 30 years. The best approach is to try the simplest / least expensive method first, and then moving on from there.
I've been taking powdered MSM for years (15 years), 5 grams a day. It is very inexpensive when purchased as a bulk powder. From the very first day you take, it will be a few weeks, and then, for me, around the third week, it occurred to me that my knees were no longer bothering me so much. MSM is very natural, and is good for you to. In bulk, it's running me maybe $25 per year. Maybe a little less.
You can google MSM, and if you need a link where i get mine, no problem. Just ask. this is about as basic a supplement as you can get.
Good luck!

Been taking glucosamine, chondroitin & MSM pills for cca one month. Cant say it is little better, but as soon i am little more active, knee pain is stronger. I guess I will have to get use to live with it. Untill i get my knee replaced.
Once again, thanks to you all for answers.
Keep strong.
This doesn't exactly belong in the steroid section.....
Have you seen a doctor? How bad is your knee? If you ahven't had xrays or anything then you don't really know what the appropriate course of action is. Go se your doc and see what he recommends..... there is a product out called synvisc that is injected into your joint. I believe there are 6 treatments and from what i've seen..... it really helps. It's better than suffering from pain until you get your knee replaced.....

I had 4 major surgeries, so it is mostly becauese of my fault ( cant keep still ).
Doctor told me this would happen, but hey, What is sweeter than going against the odds.
Probably will go with hgh ( when i get real stuff ) and try to prolong repla***ent.
HGH isn't going to fix your problems...... i'm in the orthopedic industry and i'm telling you right now..... if you are missing your meniscus - you'll need a knee repla***ent down the road and HGH wont help. It's not going to rebuild articular surface cartiledge. Synvisc will be your only option if it's available to you..... you should ask your doc. It'll also be covered by insurance..... HGH wont. Lastly..... it'll have you feeling much better in a relatively fast time. Even if HGH would work..... it'd take forever.

Thanks Haz,
Will check with doc although i am not sure that we have it here in Slovenia. Could be under some other name.
On some forum, regarding arhtritis, found info, that some research showed, how could PARATHYROID HORMONE help rebuild cartilage ( it is not meant for this in first place, i know).
Are you familliar wirh it?
I'm not familiar with that..... do you have a link to a study I could read?
Here is synviscs website..... you can get some great info off it regarding what it is and how it's used.
http://www.synviscone.com/
Here is a list of "distributors" of synvisc outside the US..... Slovenia is listed.....

For sure i will check it. It is in CROATIA, another country, but that shouldnt be a problem. For sure i will not get prescription from doc, have to pay for it. Therefore shouldnt be a problem.
Regarding above mentioned hormon; in US i think is in the drug called Forteo.
hmmmm interesting..... I see that it says it helps rebuild bone. Looking at the sample from their study it shows an increase in cancellous bone mass. Cancellous bone is what makes up the majority of your bones..... the outer layer, or, the cortex is called Cortical bone which is more compact and is stronger. Either way..... it doesn't show that it would rebuild the cartilege. Also..... with all the warnings about bone cancer on that website I'd be a little weary of taking it unless I was in real need.

Yeah, not familliar with it enough, to go trying it.
I did some cycles with AA in the past; and did feel good. Now i would like to do it again, but dont wanna because of weight gains. Have to keep weight as low as i can. That is way i wanted to give it a tr with HGH. Beside knee pain, had a lot of stress in business and private life... So that is also one reason, to reset myself.. Improve my pshisical condition
