HCG help?

Hey all, I have never used HCG before but I have done a lot of research on the stuff and it seems extremely important to a good cycle. It seems their is a lot of variance in between what people recomend to take and when to take it. My cycle would consist of 400 mg test cyp ew for 10 weeks. Any suggestions? Thanks all. Also I am going to take arimidex all cycle until PCT, PCT with nolva and clomid. Any help is appreciated!

I cycle 500 iu split 250iu 2x EW. I wait till week 3-4 to start and stop before pct.

300iu 2x per week is good while on. While waiting for test to clear blast it 1,000-1500iu every 3 day's up until start of Nolva/Clomid.

Ehh the Adex could inhibit some of the gains, if this is your first cycle try only using it only if the sides show up and get bad. Of course if you rather be safe its all good! But my personal doc actually recommended to start hcg after 4 weeks into the cycle, or last 6 weeks and continue usage up until PCT if its a longer cycle. At least 500iu/week and like Brohim said you could blast it towards the end
