Puffy Nipples & Nodule

Hey all.

Current Stats:

31yo
16% BF about 14% when I started my course
79kg
Height: 5ft9in

For the first 2 weeks - I had nipple soreness and upped the dose of Arimidex and now there is no nipple soreness. I have noticed some puffyness in my nipples and on the left nipple there is a nodule on the outside. However when it's cold - my nipples tighten up and they don't look puffy.

I am thinking maybe the puffyness is an increased BF % - I am not sure if I am paranoid about this. Anything I should do or just continue to monitor for a week of any further signs. Nonetheless the nodule is there and it doesn't seem to be getting any bigger.

ah sorry course info is:

4th week of a 10 week course.

400mg of Test-E a week
125mg Stanazol injectable a week

ah also running 0.5ed arimidex every 2 days.

Sounds like you might be susceptible to gyno. I'd wait for advice from an expert before you change your dosage.

Did you up the adex to .5 ? Or did you start at .5?

went from 0.25 to 0.5ed on adex.

No nipple soreness now But will that stop the lump growing ?

The adex will prevent gyno symptoms, but not reverse you might want to try a serm like nolvadex to try and get rid of the lump im no doctor tho maybe some of the pros will be of more help!, good luck
