    Water Retention Question

I'm not currently taking any aas, but I still retain a shit load of water. From the time I weigh myself in the morning to the afternoon there can be a 6 to 10 lb difference. I know I'm dehydrated in the morning, but that still seems like a lot of water retention. I'm going in for a full physical next month. Any idea what health issues could cause this? I'm 40 and 5 foot 11 and 200 lbs. I do take creatine in the evening so I don't think it would effect my water retention in the afternoon.

That's the weird thing because my diet is spot on with a 60-20-20 ratio.

If I'm gaining or losing 10lbs of bodyfat a day then I've got some serious issues lol.

Diet is referring to low sodium not carb, protein, and fat ratios.

Like I said in post #2 I have a very low sodium diet. Only sodium I'm getting is from chicken breast, raw almonds, oats, brocoli, and my protein shake. I even stopped cottage cheese a couple months ago trying to eliminate sosium intake. Must just have weird genetics,
