yea he is crazy. i love seeing him at the gym. makes me want to train harder. he is a great guy to does tons for his fans. he started hosting a show here to bring BB back to his home town. worked out pretty good last year this year should be better

yep we go to the same gym. there is 2 pros at my gym him and lou joesph. i like it for the motivation like i said. and once you talk to them you realize not to be intimidated because they dont care about you they are there for them self
