ive been cutting on 4 weeks of low carb (2300 cals a day with 500 cals burned on low intensity cardio), followed by a 4 weeks keto plan.
Result?
start weight: 210 lbs (waist size: 36.5)
end weight: 210 lbs (waist size: 33.5)
then, i've done 3 MASSIVE reload days at the end of my diet (8000+ cals a day for 3 days)
current stats:
228 lbs waist size (35.5)
so basically i've failled my cut, but instead i gained 18 lbs and lost negligible amount of fat.
Not too unhappy, after all.
But im still puzzling myself as to how could i gain 18 lbs of clean weight on low carb and keto+ cardio...
i was on test prop (350mg/week) and anavar (110 mg/day) troughout the diet.
