The consumer rarely comes out ahead in these things, so I thought an interesting story to share. My doc prescribes 5 pumps 1% androgel daily to skin, this comes in the silver bottle. I mail order 90 days at a time. On the script this time he just put androgel 5 pumps daily. Well what came in the mail was 90 days of the 5gram packets. That is under dose for me by 1.25grams. I called pharmacy, they said, o we see our mistake we confused 5 pumps with 5 grams..we will cancel that script and request a new one from your doc. I said, well do you want me to return this. She said no and in fact were refunding 1/2 of the $$ for the script. They will have the correct script out for me next week. WOOHOO
