My current stats: 5'8" 192lbs, 18%bf
I used a cycle about 7 years ago with pretty decent results and no noticeable side effects. I was 165lbs at the start and after 9 weeks of deca/200mg wk and test e 250mg/wk I was up to 188lbs. bf was around 12%. I used Nolvadex 20mg ED during the cycle but did no PCT. I really did not notice a huge loss in gains or side effects. Over time and with age I became a little sloppy with my diet which explains the current bf of 18-19%. I have been active as far as working out and cardio though.
Now for my current planned cycle which I just started and I am in week 2:
Norma nandrolone 400mg/wk x 10 weeks
Test E 500mg/wk x10 250mg weeks 11-12
Nolva 10mg ED week 1-10
Nolva 20mg ED week 11-13
Nolva 40mg ED week 14-15
Goals are to cut fat and not to bulk up. I've cleaned up bad fats as well as simple carbs. Protein intake is around 250gr daily, carbs between 200-300gr daily, 25-60gr fat(almonds, seafood, olive oil).
I run 4miles x5days per week
Lift 5 days a week(alternate heavy and light sets within workouts)
Crossfit type lifts x 1 day week
My concerns are side effects from the deca(gyno) as well as what I should do for PCT. How bad would it be if I only used nolva for PCT? How long would natural test take to recover? The only reason I am running Deca/test for cutting is because they are the only guaranteed real products I have access to. Would I be better off to bulk as much as I can and then cut once I'm off cycle?
