    Thigh Injection

I need some advice... I have always followed the same rotation for injections... Left Glute, Right Glute, Left Shoulder, Right Shoulder.... I have 1inch 23 guage pins, my glutes arent fat so I have no problem reaching the muscle... But I feel my thighs being much leaner would be a better spot for injection. Can someone help me out so I dont screw this up... I have heard bad stories of guys not being able to walk for a week after a thigh injection gone wrong!

    Thanks for the help!

    My current cycle:
    Weeks 1-10 600mg Test Cyp/week
    Weeks 1-4 60mg D-Bol E.D.
    Weeks 8-11 Winstrol oral 50mg E.D.
    Weeks 3-10 HCG 250iu 2/week
    PCT:
    Clomid
    Nolva

I love quads. Some dont. I will say as with any virgin muscle it will get sore the first time or two which is a little more painful in that the quad is used a lot.

I never get pain but quads are where i hit the most nerves. That is not too comfortable and usually leads to a few days of soreness.

Quads are the only place I get any soreness. But, it isn't bad and I don't avoid them. I use 25g everywhere now. Check out the website Noles12 gave you...good stuff there.

Quads are my favorite place to hit. I get no soreness from hitting them. Check out that website he gave you. As long as you hit the right spot and push the plunger really slowly you shouldn't get too sore. I suggest you use 25ga pins.

Indeed, I also prefer the quads due to the fact that they lend me three different places on each leg that I feel comfortable pinning. I also prefer to use muscles larger than the delts and closer to the midsection for the sake of better bloodflow. I used the website Noles recommended quite a bit, great site.

I find the higher I go on my quads on the side the less nerves...I go really slow, if you knick a nerve just give 2-5 seconds and it will move out of the way. When you here of guys having really sore injection spots, redness, swelling etc. 9-10 times its how the product was mixed, generally high amounts of BA.
