Low test from doc what can i take

It two tests done separate over 4 months

First:216ng
Second:276ng

What could I take AAS wise that would have the least sides and get test up.

Goal: 15% bf to 10%

I think this might have been covered already in the previous post you wrote that was almost identical, but at 19 you shouldn't take anything, unless you want your natural test levels to be even lower. Ironic ain't it? Look for natural supplements that enhance natural test production, such as tribulus terrestris. There are many to choose from.

anything is going to lower your natural levels.
goto the endo and see what he says. Your to young to self medicate
