Ok heres the deal..I'm running a Test E only cycle (not anytime soon) I'm trying to get my BF% from 15 to 10 or less.
So heres my calculations and question
If I have 2 bottles of Test E (250mg/ml @ 10 ml)
2 bottles of Test E ( 2 x 250mg/ml 10ml = 5000mg)
So I can run either:
10 wks @ 500mg/wk or
12wks (10wks @ 400mg/wk + 2wks @ 500mg/wk)
Which is more beneficial to run? the 10wks or 12wks?
and if I run 12wks, which weeks should I run the 500mgs ex. weeks 4 and 5?
Oh and I'm 36, 6'2", 219, BF%15, workout = 4days/wk, looking to gain mass....and this is my first cycle
