4 sites? are you doing ED injections

i find and many will agree is to have as many injections sites as possible so you can prevent scar tissue build up

i agree, if your shooting everyday as im sure you are with prop then i perfer to switch injection sites more often and hit the quads as well to avoid scar tissue. i hate shooting my quads but when injecting daily i have no choice

I've pinned in my right Delt. Very sore but subsided in about 3 days. My right glute was a breeze. No problems. Sore for maybe a day. But my left glute. Yikes! I pinned. Aspirated. No blood. Injected and then when I pulled the needle out a lot of blood came out. I must have nicked a vein. It's super sore. A bit knotty. But no heat or redness. Left Delt today. Should be fine.

    more injection sites the better.

i read that trying to avoid the sites for around 7 days. so you need more site. unless you like pinning through scar tissue. cuase its meant to be painful

With ed injects I would recommend at least 4 sites. Delts, quads, triceps, biceps, lats, pecs, glutes are all good options. By the end of your cycle your ass and shoulders are going to be throbbing if that's all your hitting.

When doing ED injections these are the sites i hit. My least favorite in those is tris.

I will warn you now though to never even attempt a calf. It is something i will never do again in my life

I won't even attempt calves lol! Triceps are my favorite, they always go smooth for me.

When I was doing ED shots I was rotating 6 sites

    Glute, lats and chest

Prop hurts a fair bit for me, especially in smaller muscles like delts and triceps.... I prefer to stick to larger sites...
