    Newbie needing advice

I am looking into starting a cycle of testosterone cypionate. I am male, 30 years old, 5'8", 170lbs. Can anyone give me an idea of appropriate dosages / cycle lengths as well as if taking letrezole is necessary during/after cycle on top of a normal PCT? Any info is appreciated.

You need to do a bit more Research mate. What's your bf%? What's your diet look like? How many years have you been training?

Guessing this is your first cycle correct?

bf % around 10. I'm eating about three thousand calories a day, roughly 70/20/10 on protein/carbs/fat. I've been training hard for two years. ( weight lifting, cardio, sport specific ) This would be my first cycle.

My goals are pretty much strength and stamina. I'm a fighter and I want to maximize my strength without adding a crazy amount of weight. A friend told me I could cycle test/deca and get very good results, which I'm sure is true, but from what I've read that would be a little overkill/unsafe for a first timer. Basically, I'm looking to do something for 3 to 4 months that will let me be as strong as I can for my weight.

One compound is a better choice.. Everyone usually pops there aas cherry with test.. Test for a fighter would jus basically be used for recovery.you dont wanna dose too high cuz the pumps will hold you back
