    Another first cycle post

    First off, sorry for making another first cycle post as I am sure a lot of you are sick of them by now. I read through a few pages of this forum and saw a lot of them... However, we are all different, and since it can't hurt to ask here it goes. I will start with some background:

    I am a 26 year old male, and I started lifting when I was 16. Since then I have done a couple natural bodybuilding shows (one in 2007 and another in 2011). I love natural bodybuilding, but I think I love bigger muscles more. What can ya do?! I am 6 feet tall and about 215 pounds. Not sure about my body fat but it is less than 20%. If I do decide to do a cycle I will likely diet for a couple weeks so I can start out leaner.

    To be honest I eat horrible food, but I always keep protein around 200-250 grams per day. I just adjust the amount of carbs and fat I eat depending if I want to gain or lose. I am guessing that this protein amount will be too low when I go on a cycle? I should also mention I do not care about strength at all, only size (just in case this makes a difference).

    Here is the cycle I have planned so far:
    Weeks 1-16 Test E 500 mg at 250 mg twice a week
    Weeks 3-18 Arimidex at 0.25 mg every other day
    After last pin - Weeks 17-18.5 HCG 1000 IU every day
    - Weeks 17-20 Aromasin at 25 mg every other day
    - Weeks 21-24 Aromasin at 12.5 mg every other day
    - Weeks 17-18 Clomid at 50 mg every day
    - Weeks 19-20 Clomid at 25 mg every day
    - Weeks 17-20 Vitamin E 1000 IU every day
    - Weeks 17-24 Tribulus at 2 g every day

    No offense but the whole approach sounds very old school.

    Use your HCG during the cycle, not after.

    Pin 250 IU's every third day. If you want you can wait a few wks to start as the shutdown will take at that dose should take a few. Its a lot better to have rain through the year and keep the fruit plump than it is to let it shrivel then have a few wks of rain hoping it will revive the shriveled fruits :-)

    As for the PCT start that about 14 days after last pin and look up the article on PCT by Swifto in the PCT forum to get that information.

    PS you would do well to get your diet in check and lower your bodyfat to less than 15 before starting.

    16 weeks for a Test E first cycle seems long. It's harder to recover from a longer cycle especially if its your first cycle. You should think about a 12 week Test E cycle.

    I agree with SG2, for a first cycle 10 to 12 weeks max and then take a month off get some BW post your results. You PTC could be cut down as well.

    If you cycle 10 - 12 weeks + PCT, you recover 14 - 16 weeks, not 1 month.

    Give this some thought:

    Weeks 1-12 Test E 500 mg at 250 mg twice a week(pin mon/thurs)
    Weeks 1-13 Aromasin at 12.5 mg every 3 days or every other day
    Weeks 2-14 HCG 250 IU - 2x/week

    5 week pct starting 2 weeks after last test injection:
    Nolva-40/20/20/20/20
    Clomid- 100/50/50/50

    If I was going to add a vit other than multi to pct it would be d3 at 2000iu/day. (in fact id be taking that anyway daily)
    Trib - eh whatever- i personally find it useless.

    As far as dietary adjustments head over to the nutrition resource forum to get that squared away.
    Also id cut for around 4-6 weeks pre cycle. Marcus has a great thread on priming pre cycle. Id seek that out.

    Thanks guys for all the advice. My new cycle will look exactly like the one above, and I will start dieting tomorrow.
