First off, sorry for making another first cycle post as I am sure a lot of you are sick of them by now. I read through a few pages of this forum and saw a lot of them... However, we are all different, and since it can't hurt to ask here it goes. I will start with some background:
I am a 26 year old male, and I started lifting when I was 16. Since then I have done a couple natural bodybuilding shows (one in 2007 and another in 2011). I love natural bodybuilding, but I think I love bigger muscles more. What can ya do?! I am 6 feet tall and about 215 pounds. Not sure about my body fat but it is less than 20%. If I do decide to do a cycle I will likely diet for a couple weeks so I can start out leaner.
To be honest I eat horrible food, but I always keep protein around 200-250 grams per day. I just adjust the amount of carbs and fat I eat depending if I want to gain or lose. I am guessing that this protein amount will be too low when I go on a cycle? I should also mention I do not care about strength at all, only size (just in case this makes a difference).
Here is the cycle I have planned so far:
Weeks 1-16 Test E 500 mg at 250 mg twice a week
Weeks 3-18 Arimidex at 0.25 mg every other day
After last pin - Weeks 17-18.5 HCG 1000 IU every day
- Weeks 17-20 Aromasin at 25 mg every other day
- Weeks 21-24 Aromasin at 12.5 mg every other day
- Weeks 17-18 Clomid at 50 mg every day
- Weeks 19-20 Clomid at 25 mg every day
- Weeks 17-20 Vitamin E 1000 IU every day
- Weeks 17-24 Tribulus at 2 g every day
