I am new to these forums and just registered because I figured I should seek out the advice of some more "veteran" members, and HGH users, before I make a decision.
I am 21 years old, 5'8, and about 155lbs. ( I know you just laughed)
For the last year I have been sticking to a diet that I found on this website, eating about 4k calories a day, I use a pre and post work out supplement from NO shotgun and NO synthesis or whatever, daily vitamins and Omega-3, also taking this "shakeology drink in the mornings". I have seen an increase in lean muscle mass, although I have never be able to get my body weight above 160lbs or have noticed myself "bigger".
I have been on the small side my whole life and I am desperately trying to do the right thing and get big and healthy without using any potentially harmful injections. My buddy works at LA fitness and has mentioned many times that he can get me HGH, and it is the only option I would consider... I have researched it extensively.
So thats the background. Now my question is, with all these Chinese suppliers, how do I know what "blue" or "yellow" cap or potency, etc. Can anyone reccomend a supplier or is this not allowed? Feel free to PM me.
Would you say that HGH would benefit me at this age? or is my body already producing enough HGH on it's own that it would be useless and only harmful to my overall health? I have seen some pretty bad side effects from prolonged and high dose use.. I would appreciate any info on dosage, I prefer to try to just one or two cycles at first and use a low IU amount to see the effects on my body.
