need a few more stats, but it seems like a lot of carbs, too much sugary fruit

why not move meal 1 to pre work out ? energy for workout !?

can you move the workout time ?

No i have to workout before work as my wife works nights and we have small kids, i only have one banana and one other piece of fruit on heavy lift days! On rest and cardio days i really limit my carbs! Could it be not enuff water?

I understand. I do not think that not enough water causes bloat. how bad is the bloat ? are you on cycle ? what bf% are you ?

^^^^ in that case, i would think about dropping meal 6, and probably add more cardio, later in the day to burn off excess calories, at 17% i suspect you are overeating thus bloated.

you're taking in 60g+ protein in most of your meals. I'd try cutting your portions and just adding more meals and see how that works for you.

Put all your meals into macros and then post it up.
