yup under the banner is thread tools, search thread , rate thread, and display but none of these options open up anything to post thread?

ok as you are reading this, scroll up, just above the banner there is a link "ANABOLIC STEROIDS - QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS" click that, (Take note of the "Reply to Thread box, that is the exact location "Post new thread" will be on the next page). Click the link this will take you back to that forum then if you look under the banner at the top of the page to the left it says "Post new thread". click that.
