Thanks to all the members that help me put a weight loss plan together. I am at the 3 1/2 week mark and I have lost 4 pounds. Planning on having my bf % calcualted at the end of the month. I have been told not to be discouraged by the total weight loss, the bf % percantage will show the true progress. Because I am gaining muscle at the same time of losing fat. My cardio workouts are becoming more effective (able to push body longer). I hope to lose 8 pounds next month.
