My friend who is 17, 5' 6", and 160 ilbs. He is asian, short, and jacked. His body fat is about 8-9%. I dont want him to juice now so i will try to assist him with his diet. peanut butter and jelly sandwich

Whole wheat bread with 4oz turkey breast

Protein shake and 4oz chicken and rice pre workout
Meal 5
Post workout shake- whey protein shake, bcaa, creatine monohydrate
MEAL 6
40Z CHICKEN BREAST AND RICE
MEAL 7
CASEIN SHAKE
Im sorry he didnt specify specefic macros of each meal, but his calorie estimate and macro count is pretty.accurate as he is pretty experienced. He needs his contest diet set.
